THE ADEUNIS AND ENERGISM SOLUTION
adeunis® and Energisme have set up an end to end solution allowing the building manager to monitor and control the temperature evolution of hot water circuit.
This solution is based on adeunis® TEMP TWO EXTERNAL PROBES sensor and Big Data and IoT platform Energisme. The TEMP TWO EXTERNAL PROBES sensor is used to measure the water temperature at two different points in the heating circuit (inflow and outflow) and to trigger an alarm when the temperature drops below the 50°C threshold. Energisme platform collects, displays and analyzes data from temperature probes in real time.
The solution enables facility managers and energy efficiency providers to monitor their customers’ installations by ensuring a high level of safety and comfort, for the health of the occupants of their buildings.

FOCUS ON THE LEGIONNAIRE DISEASE
Nowadays, sanitarian controls focus more and more on water networks and in particular the networks of Hot Water Sanitary to avoid the proliferation of bacteria such as Legionella. Health Establishments (Hospital Centers, EHPAD) and ERPs (institutions receiving the public) must implement a reliable solution to monitor, control and act as soon as possible. This bacterium can, in fact, lead to serious respiratory diseases such as legionellosis, a deadly form of pneumonia. The key to preventing Legionnaires’ disease is to make sure that building owners and managers maintain building water systems in order to reduce the risk of Legionella growth and spread.
In 2010, an order was issued in France to make the implementation of preventive and control measures mandatory for all Health Establishments and LES. They must make sure to maintain at least at 50 ° C the temperature of the water between the point of distribution and the point of drawdown.
